Amendment 4 is a farce. The amendment calls for a ballot question not to exceed 75 words. Why not limit the amount of debate at each commission meeting to 75 words? Limit commissioners to just 75 words, and presentations of any project to just 75 words. Same thing for staff report — just think of how much paper and time could be saved?
Limit letters to the editor to 75 words, blogs too.
